FieldGood asbl aims to:
- promote, educate and train different audiences about healthy and sustainable diets;
- promote projects aimed at sustainable production, sustainable food and food sovereignty, locally and internationally;
- think, test and implement alternatives to the existing food model, at our scale;
- contribute to action research on farming practices;
- transmit knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills, in particular:
- related to diet and food preparation methods;
- linked to agricultural farming methods;
- linked to civic education and North-South issues;
- linked to all areas enabling the transition to a sustainable society (short circuits, zero waste, citizen participation, etc.);
- create social links promoting the other goals of the association by allowing relational well-being in the service of others, the environment and oneself. These social relationships are to be understood in the broad sense: from inter-individual to collective , from informal networks to institutional ones. These relationships are non-exclusive, inter-cultural, across generations and genders and accessible to different audiences;
It pursues the achievement of these goals by, in particular and in a non-exhaustive manner:
- training, workshops, local and international knowledge exchange missions;
- the offer and / or organization of experimentation with sustainable agricultural farming methods and practices for the target audiences;
- the offer and / or organization of experimentation with culinary practices for target audiences;
- the offer and / or organization of moments of exchange between target audiences, whether through conferences, debates, open forums or forms of artistic exchange such as theatrical, musical or plastic or any other form allowing the exchange and mutual understanding;
- the promotion of local agricultural production and short food circuits;
- one-off events aimed at promoting the goals of the association;
- the development of synergies with other training and awareness-raising actors in agricultural culture and projects related to food and ecological transition.
